Pain Management

When helping those in pain, our practitioners understand how complex pain management is and how individualised it can be, whether it be dyspareunia (pain during intercourse), dysmenorrhea (painful periods), headaches and/or migraines, acute lower back strain or chronic pelvic pain, our experienced practitioners will use a variety of gentle techniques to help reduce and relieve pain and improve movement. Then through education on breathing techniques, movement practices, nutritional advice and lifestyle changes they will aim to prevent reoccurrence of the injury.
